I've built talent programs at DHL, Salesforce, and ZEISS — three of the world's most demanding organizations — while living and working across four countries and three continents. I didn't just study global talent management. I ran it.
That dual perspective — insider executive and cross-cultural navigator — is what TIM is built on. I know what German and European hiring managers are actually looking for. I know how a Colombian or Argentine professional reads a room differently, and how to turn that into a strategic advantage.
I've spent 5+ years in Germany, led talent strategy across EMEA, and I'm currently deepening my HR technology expertise through Workday consulting at ZEISS. I mentor immigrant founders through the Helsinki Incubators program because I believe diversity isn't a values statement — it's a competitive advantage that most organizations still don't know how to unlock.
